Red Rocket AI provides sports analysis and picks for entertainment and information. It is not gambling, betting or financial advice, and no pick is guaranteed to win. You must be 18 or older, or older where your state requires it, to use the service.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Red Rocket AI ("we", "us"). They cover redrocket.tech, our Discord server and everything we provide there (the "Service"). By creating an account, logging in or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and older if your state or country sets a higher minimum age for daily fantasy sports (for example, 19 or 21 in some U.S. states).
You're responsible for making sure that using DFS apps and sportsbooks is legal where you live. Our picks don't make anything legal that isn't.
You need a Discord account to log in, and you must follow Discord's own terms.

3. What the Service is, and isn't

We publish analysis, statistical projections and picks for player props and games on third-party DFS apps and sportsbooks such as PrizePicks, Underdog and DraftKings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
We don't take bets, hold your money or place entries for you. Every entry you make is your own decision, made on a third-party platform under that platform's rules.
Past results, including the track record we show, don't guarantee future results. Sports are unpredictable, lines move, players get hurt, and any pick can lose.
Lines, odds, stats, live scores and win chances come from third-party data sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check the line in your app before you enter.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Monthly ($30) and Yearly ($250) plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Lifetime ($500) is a one-time payment for access for as long as we operate the Service. It isn't a lifetime of any specific feature, sport or pick volume.
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We don't see or store your full card details.
Refunds: because you get access to picks as soon as you pay, payments are non-refundable, including partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll look into it.
We may change prices. A price change doesn't affect a period you've already paid for, and we'll give notice before a change applies to your renewal.
Access is for you personally. Sharing your account or reposting our paid picks outside the Service (resale, screenshots to other groups, and so on) isn't allowed and can get your access ended without a refund.

5. Your content and conduct

You may post chat messages, comments and slips you choose to share on the Feed. You own what you post, and you give us permission to show it on the Service.
Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or spammy. Don't impersonate others, share other people's personal information, promote other paid pick services, or try to break, scrape or overload the Service.
We can remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content

The Service, including our picks, write-ups, model output, design, logos and code, belongs to Red Rocket AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own personal use while your plan is active. Third-party names and logos (PrizePicks, Underdog, DraftKings, Kalshi, teams, leagues and players) belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

7. Responsible play

Only play with money you can afford to lose. Set limits, and take breaks. If gambling or DFS stops being fun, help is available 24/7 at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) or ncpgambling.org.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We don't promise any particular result, profit or win rate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Red Rocket AI isn't liable for any losses from entries, bets or decisions you make, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your access

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms. We may also discontinue the Service, and if we do, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll post it on the site or in Discord before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
