Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Red Rocket AI ("we", "us") collects when you use redrocket.tech and our Discord server, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what's needed to log you in and run the features you use, we don't sell your data, and we don't run ad trackers.

1. Information we collect

• Discord login. When you log in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, and we check your roles in our Discord server to confirm your plan. We don't receive your Discord password or your email.
• What you add to the site. This covers slips you log (app, stake, payout, legs and notes), slips you share to the Feed, and chat messages and comments.
• Payments. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of your plan and payment status, not your full card number.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

2. Cookies and local storage

• Login cookie. A secure, HTTP-only session cookie (rr_session) keeps you logged in for up to 24 hours. A short-lived cookie protects the login step.
• Local storage. Your browser stores small preferences on your own device, like the sport you last viewed, an unsaved slip draft and which chats you've read.
• We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

3. How we use it

• To log you in and check that your plan gives you access.
• To run the features you use: slips, the Feed, chat and live tracking.
• To send pick alerts, recaps and updates in our Discord server.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. What others can see

Your Discord name, avatar and server roles appear next to your chat messages, comments and any slips you share to the Feed. Slips you don't share stay private to you. On shared slips, you can hide your dollar amounts.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who run the Service for us, and only as needed:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Upstash (our database)
• Discord (login, roles and alerts)
• GitHub (where our pick pipeline runs)
• Our payment processor

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data and slips while you use the Service. We keep the public pick track record, which has no personal data, indefinitely. You can delete your slips and comments yourself at any time, or ask us to delete your data.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can log out at any time, and you can remove the app's access in Discord under Settings → Authorized Apps.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.

8. Age

The Service is only for people 18 and older, or the higher DFS age where you live. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we'll delete their data.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed, HTTP-only session cookies, and access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and we'll announce significant changes in Discord.
